American superstar rapper and singer, Nicki Minaj, has in a recent broadcast of her show Queen Radio, said that she had a conversation with Kanye West and he told her he is now a born-again Christian.

Speaking to Chance The Rapper, who was also her special guest,

Said

“I want to touch on, just briefly real quick, and I’m going to go…Because I felt the same exact way.

Sometimes in the music business, we think that other artists don’t believe in God or are aren’t spiritual as we are, and stuff like that. So we automatically go to the normal, ‘Oh, what up?’

“Then when you find people, because I just was with Kanye, and he told me he’s a born-again Christian now. Like my first instinct was, ‘I’m so proud of you,’ because I could see there’s a peace that he has now that just surpasses everything.”

Well, with the raving Sunday Service, this pretty much explains it.

Touching quickly on her husband, Kenneth Petty’s faith, she added:

“To everybody listening, if you have a man that says he don’t believe in God … one time somebody told me this, that, ‘I don’t believe in God,’ and it scared the living hell out of me,” she said.

“I ran like there was no tomorrow. So I just want to say, because a man needs a strong woman in his life, like whether that woman is praying or meditating or just supporting you or giving you those talks, people don’t understand how far that goes for men.”

According to DAILY POST report the fraudsters, majority based in Nigeria, were involved in a series of coordinated internet scam running into billions of dollars fraudulently obtained from victims in the United States and other parts of the world.

He said this while speaking at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja on Friday, the Acting Chairman of the agency, Ibrahim Magu, stated that the agency had commenced investigation into the matter.

He said the commission was investigating to ascertain the involvement of Nigerians who collaborated with the ones indicted in the United States.

“We will investigate it and we will leave no stone unturned. We will go after those who collaborated with the ones in the US and they will be made to face the full wrath of the law,” Magu said.

He also restated an earlier position of government that it would go after those involved in the failed Process and Industrial Development (P&ID) gas to power project that plunged the country into a $9.9 billion judgement debt crisis.

The EFCC boss said the commission was collaborating with the FBI in two operations notably Operation ‘Wire-wire’ which commenced in 2018 and Operation ‘Rewire’ presently ongoing, both aimed at containing cybercrime.

He said the joint operation involved Malaysia, Canada, Indonesia and the United States.

The head of the military counter-insurgency operations in the North-East (Theatre Commander of Operation Lafiya Dole), Olusegun Adeniyi has said that the military will now move against the finances of Boko Haram.

He said this would be done by restricting their fishing activities anywhere in the country.

Adeniyi said this while addressing journalists in Maiduguri on Friday regarding vehicles, fish, hides, and skin, seized from transporters believed to have been trading with the Boko Haram insurgents.

Adeniyi revealed that four vehicles conveying insurgents’ fishery products were seized on Maiduguri-Ngala Road by operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.

According to him, the military has not moved out of Borno State but changed its strategies to prevent attacks on its base.

He added that troops had vacated the trenches and reduced the roadblocks and in its stead, evolved mobile units where the troops rove troubled areas.

He said the military found out that the stationed formation made it easy for the insurgents to attack military facilities but with the latest strategy, he pointed out, the insurgents would be in for a surprise.

He said: “Boko Haram insurgents have a running business to generate money to fund their dastardly activities. We fully recognize the fishery industry in Nigeria but the fishery done by Boko Haram is to create confusion, continue insurgency and destruction of the North-East.

“Anybody who allows his horse or camel to carry fish for the Boko Haram, you are part of the insurgents because you are aiding them.”
